Whether hiking, climbing, boating, fishing or something in between, you can find him outdoors when he is not busy buying, selling and renting real estate for his family’s established real estate rental business, Carter Company. Years of real estate investing experience coupled with a decade and a half of executive management focused on clients, growth, and development has now afforded him the opportunity to help launch another dream, StayOver.

Jeff is a life-long outdoor enthusiast who has traveled and hiked, climbed, biked, and paddled extensively, in and out of the country. As someone who appreciates nature, and all its offerings, Jeff is excited to offer StayOver’s services to those wanting a first-class vacation rental experience in a natural area.
He brings over thirty years of successful experience as a business executive and business owner to StayOver as its Executive Chairman. Jeff is committed to the satisfaction of our customers and wants every customer to have the ability to enjoy great accommodations in nature’s beautiful playground.
Kristen Tucker

Kristen is an adventure seeker, nature lover, water enthusiast, and loves all animals. During her free time she enjoys hiking, swimming, reading or simply relaxing by a fire spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
With over 7 years of Customer Service experience, she is determined to ensure you have a wonderful stay while visiting the Red River Gorge. So much so, you will want to keep visiting to continue to experience all the things this beautiful area has to offer!

Customer Service Manager at StayOver Management, brings a wealth of hospitality management experience, including housekeeping, maintenance, client relations, and guest services. Beyond her professional expertise, Martina’s passion extends to off roading! She says getting muddy is the best part! She also has a genuine love for her boxers. In her role, she efficiently oversees operations, addresses challenges, and maintains high service standards. Martina is dedicated to client and guest satisfaction, actively seeking feedback and implementing innovative solutions. Employee engagement is a priority, fostering a positive work environment for optimal team performance. Kate has a love for all things technology. If you need help with tech, she’s ya girl! When she’s not having fun with her gadgets and computers, Kate loves exploring the country and cheering on the Bengals. WHO DEY!!!! You may run into her in your favorite game lobby (bring your A game), or see her out enjoying a night out with friends. (Yes, she does pause her game from time to time.)

Jamie Westbrook

When Jamie isn’t spending time with her fiance, friends and family, she is exploring everything nature has to offer! She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and taking nature photography. She has worked in customer service for several years and she is always up for a new adventure. Sharing the latest information on what’s happening in Red River Gorge is what Jamie loves most when speaking with StayOver guests. She expresses her enthusiasm for the area by letting guests know about all the great hiking spots, restaurants, things to do and more. Jamie is your go to person for all of your Red River Gorge adventuring questions.
