We rented Bear Run cabin last minute. It was far and away the nicest cabin we’ve been to in the area. Super clean, well stocked, clean (new) hot tub, and great front porch with rocking chairs for relaxing. Check in was easy. Great location. The two queen beds upstairs in the loft were awesome for kids as usually they get stuck in the typical bunk bed set up in rentals. You could tell the owners listen to feedback (which I read reviews before booking) as they have added a large TV, internet and lots of utensils and other amenities. Thank you for a relaxing stay! We’ll be back.

This cabin was idyllic, providing opportunities, settings, and spaces which generated some lifelong memories for my sister’s and my families. Some of our favorite highlights were the swimming hole (and the “cave” leading to it!), the hammock swings on the spacious wraparound porch, and the plethora of amazing hiking trails on the property around it. When we needed to “get out”, the sky lift was only a few miles away, offering an incredible experience/view and a shortcut to get to the scenic natural bridge archway. All in all, it’s an experience we would recommend to any family looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Our #1 priority is the safety and well-being of our guests, family, friends, staff and cabin owners. We are receiving the most up-to-date information on a daily basis from the CDC and are following all recommendations provided. In addition to their thorough cleaning process, our housekeeping team is working diligently to go above and beyond and ensure that all guidelines currently set forth are followed to ensure your safety. We are open for business and will continue welcoming guests to our homes. StayOver’s cabins are secluded, offering the ability to socially distance yourself while enjoying nature. Our cabins offer a variety of fun activities such as board games, books, outdoor games, porch swings, hot tubs – you name it! Our fully stocked kitchens should have everything you need to create a delicious home cooked meal for your family. Bring new recipes and try something new while having fun!

Cleaning Procedures
Our everyday cleaning procedures follow a very thorough cleaning process. Under these circumstances, we have increased our cleaning procedures to ensure we are safeguarding our cabins; and ultimately our guests. Our team is equipped with gloves, masks, and the proper sanitizing products. We are diligently sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces; such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, toilets, faucets, sinks, electronics and a multitude of other items. We recommend you do the same during your stay. While there is a shortage of many items, we are trying our best to supply all of our cabins with Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer for your personal use.
Reservations
If you have a scheduled reservation, we are looking forward to seeing you! However, we realize that this situation may force you to make changes to your plans. We have adjusted our reservation modification period until the end of the year – 12/31/2020. We are happy to hold your reservation until things settle down and you are ready for your getaway!
If you fear your reservation may be affected by COVID-19, give us a call or shoot us a text at 606-268-8787, or send an email to info@stayovernow.com. We will be happy to modify your reservation dates for another time or place your reservation on hold until you and your party can discuss.

It is important during times like this that we manage our mental health to cope with any stress and anxiety you may be feeling.
