We’ll do all we can to assist but cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control. Hot Tub Note: Hot tubs are a guest favorite, and we strive to keep them in perfect working order! However, due to the remote area, repairs may take time if an issue arises. No refunds are issued for mechanical failures, per the rental agreement. Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and must be pre-approved and paid for prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets or pets in non-pet-friendly cabins will result in a minimum $350 fee per pet. Cancellation Policy: $50 fee for all cancellations No refunds within 14 days of check-in (but we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible) No refunds for holiday bookings or inclement weather For peace of mind, trip insurance is available during booking.
