Our team will always assist however possible. Hot tubs are carefully maintained, but mechanical issues can occur. Due to remote service limitations, refunds are not issued for hot tub downtime, in accordance with the rental agreement. Pet Policy: No pets allowed at this cabin. Fees apply for bringing pets to non-pet-friendly units. Extremely nice cabin clean hot tub was wonderful

Cabin was clean and in a great location, close to all of the trails for hiking. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for 4. Few small complaints, one of the large burners on the stove was not functioning, only 1 bigger non stick skillet, and there was no cookie sheets or any pans for cooking a pizza or warming it up. There were only 4 forks, and 2 regular glasses for drinks, which was ok if you did dishes after every meal and only 2 people want drinks. The electric skillet worked great where the burner was not working just not a great location to plug it in. Overall great place to stay, just need kitchen restock for a couple things!

Cabin was very clean and cozy! Issues with keypad to get in when we arrived but was compensated for the inconvenience by allowing us to stay longer than normal check out! Only negative comment is the driveway very hard to maneuver in the rain. Very relaxing weekend!

We enjoyed the cabin it was a very nice place the only problems we had was humongous spiders thank goodness they were outside and not inside and I know there's no possible way to control that with that cabin being built on the side of that Hill but hopefully you guys spray very well so those spiders don't decide to come in and get in bed with a guest
