You’re only 30 minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, Red River Gorge, and countless outdoor adventures. Please Note: The pool closes annually beginning September 18th. Opening date for 2024 depends on weather. Fish poles are provided — just bring your own bait! This cottage sits on a third-generation family farm, home to cattle and abundant wildlife. Keep an eye out — you may spot deer, turkeys, cats, or even the occasional bear! On sunny days, cool off in the pool or head to the pond for fishing. There’s plenty of parking, so bring the whole crew. We really loved the farmhouse and the surrounding property. I have nothing negative to say other than the internet was less than sketchy but there was really bad weather just before we arrived so we attributed the internet issues to that. I would like to add a few "nice to haves"....it would be nice to have been able to take our 4 wheeler, I had a broken foot so I we were not albe to get to the pond at all or take a stroll around the property. Seeing how there were motorcylclists throughout our stay over at the property next door (which we knew about in advance), it seems only natural that we would have been able to take ours. The furniture on the front porch was not very comfortable. I think stocking the house with more games and movies would have been great for us. We really did have a nice time overall.

Nice quiet area with a farmhouse, the host was very quick to respond and was wonderful to work with. The property was very easy to access, and quiet area, my boys loved the land to explore.

A group of friends went Jeeping together at Red River Gorge, and this place was perfect for us to crash. So peaceful and quiet and cozy.
