The Sit and Stay Cabin offers a modern take on your standard, rustic cabin and has sleeping arrangements for 6. This cabin may be tiny, but it has all of the essentials and will leave money in your wallet for numerous adventures. - Please note this cabin offers sleeping arrangements for 6 but is designed and optimized for groups of 4. - Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (standard coffee maker, microwave), charcoal grill, Smart TV, WiFi, covered porches w/ outdoor furniture, fire pit, hot tub and more! - Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom: Full Size Day Bed | Loft 1 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated) | Loft 2 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated) ​​​​​​​- One full bathroom - Please note: the Wolfe County Demolition Derby is located across the street from the Sit and Stay Cabin. Events are not held every weekend but may also be scheduled on short notice. You can check out the schedule on H & F Motorsports page. - We provide fresh linens and towels. We also provide an Essential Starter Packs to make your stay easier! (Includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos/3 conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 trash bags, 1 sponge). You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal for the grill. Please purchase firewood locally. - Please note that the cabin is located up a steep gravel driveway. (Keep going and don't stop!) Limited parking; vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Everything was great at the cabin! We loved all the amenities and had a wonderful time. Loved the hot tub and how cozy the place was. The only bad thing we experienced was gnats in the kitchen area. It did not bother us much at all but it might have bothered other people more than us. Overall, 5 stars, not far from anything in RRG and a quiet place away from most other cabins and road traffic

Amazing cabin! Perfect for a couple people, or 6 people. Warm, cozy and welcoming! We absolutely loved pur stay here and in the future we hope to make it back, and to this cabin especially.
