You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal. Please purchase firewood locally. - Please note that a 4-wheel drive is recommended. This property does offer a circle driveway for boats/trailers. - There is camera surveillance on this property. The Sugar Shack is beautiful and peaceful. I did not want to leave. I would live here year round. Sitting out on the back deck was great. We enjoyed the record player. The King and queen beds upstairs were amazing. The Beds, couches and recliner were all very comfortable. We loved this cute cabin. We will be back. I'm so glad Cabintrippers and Stays Vacation Rentals had this cabin on their recommendation list.

Perfect little cabin in the woods. Quiet, backyard open to woods with no other house views, all the necessary amenities.

Had a great time with my brother and friends. Napped in hammocks, used iron skillet and cooked outside on this old wood burning stove (that was a lot of fun), spent time out on the deck, went down to the lake, walked some trails around Cave Run Lake, comfortable beds and great speaker for playing music. The decor is really cool fun stuff. This is our 4th time staying at the Sugar Shack. Will stay again.

We can't wait to go back. We hung out on the back deck, grilled, listened to music, played some games. We rented a pontoon from Scott's Marina went out on the lake all day, paddle boarded, floated around, beach walks and cruised back to the dock. Continued with the next best night ever at the cabin again. Grilled out back again with my friends, even played some instruments they have hanging on the walls while we were grilling, walked around the property, watched the stars that night and cooked all day on Sunday. Had the best time with my friends. Truly a fun time. We liked that we were the only people at the end of the property.
