(Please reference photos to see new pictures of barrier that now blocks part of the sunrise view from the front porch on the adjoining property) ✨ Key Residence Features Fully equipped kitchen with standard coffee pot & microwave Private hot tub Free WiFi TV with Fire Stick Fire pit & charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) Covered deck with outdoor furniture Fresh linens and towels Starter packs (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, 1 sponge) Camera surveillance on porch facing driveway for safety 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements Loft Bedroom: Queen Bed Additional: Sofa Sleeper One full bathroom Extra linens, blankets, and pillows provided. 🚗 Access & Parking 4WD is HIGHLY recommended due to the steep driveway. Limited parking: max 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles must park at the local park-and-ride and carpool to the cabin. No trailers permitted. 🌲 The Cabin Experience Unwind in the peaceful loft after a full day of hiking or climbing. Enjoy cozy nights in, cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or relax on the deck surrounded by farm views. A friendly care team is available should any concerns arise during your stay. 📍 The Location Sunrise Cabin sits atop a scenic private road with abundant wildlife. Nearby adventures include: Natural Bridge State Resort Park – million-year-old sandstone arch Red River Gorge Scenic Byway – just 10 minutes away Hiking, kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, ziplining Mill Creek Lake – paddle boarding, fishing, canoeing Swinging Bridge over the Red River Local dining favorites: Miguel’s Pizza, Red River Rockhouse, Hop’s, Sky Bridge Station Keep an eye out for deer, turkeys, and other wildlife along the way! Note: Being in a heavily wooded area means occasional weather disruptions or power outages beyond our control. Hot tubs are carefully maintained but may sometimes experience mechanical issues that cannot be resolved immediately due to the remote location. 📜 Policies Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking permitted) No pets (unless cabin is specifically pet-friendly) No parties or large gatherings Must be 18+ to book Additional taxes and fees may apply Pet Policy Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly cabins.
