Grey Duck is located in a heavily wooded area. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, occasional weather events or power outages may occur and are outside our control. Our team will always do their best to assist.
If your rental includes a hot tub, please note that mechanical issues can happen and may take time to resolve due to the remote location. Refunds are not provided for hot tub downtime, per our rental agreement.
Pet Policy:
Only designated pet-friendly cabins allow pets and must be paid for at booking. Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly cabin results in a minimum $350 fee per pet.
Cancellation Policy:
$50 cancellation fee for all cancellations
No refunds within 14 days of check-in
We can help reschedule stays more than 14 days prior to arrival
