Our cottage sits on the edge of Frenchburg, KY which means easy access on paved roads and nearby amenities of a town. Few locations can provide the combination of convenience, and a wild natural experience. You could enjoy an entire stay without even getting back into your car!

Alice Rocks sits within easy reach of Red River Gorge's headline attractions. Most StayOver guests drive 5–15 minutes to reach Natural Bridge State Resort Park, Sky Bridge, Chimney Top Rock, Auxier Ridge, and the climbing crags of Muir Valley and Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve. The Red River itself is just minutes away for kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Local favorites Miguel's Pizza and Red River Rockhouse are short drives for post-hike meals.
