Hot tubs are maintained regularly; however, mechanical issues can occasionally occur in remote areas. Refunds cannot be issued for hot tub downtime, as stated in the rental agreement. Pet Policy: Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly cabins. Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly unit results in a minimum $350 fee per pet. This cabin is great for kids. The bunk room has a secret hideaway under the eaves & was great for my kids to have some separate, quiet playtime. All the decor is on theme & we loved all the rocking chairs & porch swing!

Great experience at HazelBrook Haven! Perfect combination of feeling like we were out in the middle of nowhere and yet within a reasonable drive of civilization! We enjoyed relaxing in the very comfortable cabin in the evenings after we explored Red River Gorge/Daniel Boone National Forest during the days. My 3 teens and I found the property to have everything we wanted and needed - plenty of seating to relax, cozy beds, a hot tub to relax in, plenty of room in the kitchen to make our meals, huge wrap around porch to take in the view, and dining tables both inside and out for family meals and playing games! Highly recommend HazelBrook Haven!!

We had a great time with our large family. Children will love the bear themed bedroom. Check in and check out process was easy but be sure to double check the directions as the Geopin isn’t always accurate. Will definitely come back

A very nicely put together property. All of the details have been considered. The wrap around porch is great. A nice setup for a family. Only downfall is that it is in the middle of nowhere - not an issue if that is what you are looking for. We are already talking about coming back with our family.
